Costumer service was the worst, trying to scam me to pay extra fees for late “arrival” even though I have done online check in two days prior to my arrival and they didn’t send me the room entry details on time and I had to chase them to send me the details. When refused to pay the extra fees that are not mentioned in the policy, the customer service told me that if I have any problem with my room they aren’t going to offer any assistance unless I pay the extra fees. The room has mold on the walls and there is no rubbish basket in the room and nor a mirror. It says private bathroom but it doesn’t mention in the description that it’s outside the room, in a corridor where there are other rooms so it’s not really private. There is no shower cabin and there is a small towel on the floor to block the water which certainly was not helping.

還可以， 如果短暫停留！ 可以接受的， 性價比高～ 當地景色蠻美的。 坐tram 大概十分鐘到市中心， 爬一層樓梯到房間。

位置一般 離電車站需要走十分鐘的樣子。床單不太乾淨 我甚至看到了沒洗下去的血漬。。。。。全程沒有見到工作人員，全是電話和郵箱溝通和付款，我們是中午十一點到的，給工作人員打電話她告訴我們門鎖密碼然後允許我們進去放行李，這一點很好。

셀프 체크인이라면서 어떻게 해야하는지 알려주지도 않음. 로밍도 안하고 가서 전화 못하는데 결국 가족한테 한국 트립닷컴에 연락해달라고 부탁해서 간신히 이메일로 셀프 체크인 하는 방법 알아냄. 여기 예약하지마세요. 진짜 트립닷컴에 너무 실망만 합니다. 영국 숙소도 똑같이 셀프체크인인데 알려주지도 않고, 지금 숙소 앞에 쭈그려서 마냥 기다리는 중이에요. 하 다시는 트립닷컴 이용 안할거에요.

A very nice room just like the pictures provided! The host answer our requires swiftly and gave clear instructions for us getting into the room. But the location is a bit far from the main tourist spot. Located in the residential area, we need 30 mins to get there by bus or train.
